    Dear aspirant

    You have not mentioned whether you are from state quota or all india quota. If want to get a seat from All India Quota then forget of getting a seat in government colleges. You need to score more than 500 to get a government college for MBBS. If you are from state quota then you have chances in some colleges like Shri Vasant Rao Govt. Medical College, Yavatmal. The above mentioned college had a cutoff of 400 in state quota. So try accordingly.
