Stray Vacancy is the round of Counseling which deals with seats left vacant or remaining unfilled still after a mop-up round of MCC or state counseling. Then this round conducted by colleges to fill the left seat.

If you are looking for government medical college you must score at least much above the cutoff marks. The government medical seats are very less so, reaching till 520+ can fetch you government college.  Every year approximate cut off are to be around 450. In 2017, it was 453 (for general) and this year, 2018 it was 468  for general category. There is a bit CHANCE of getting a govt medical seat only if you score more than 490.
