With a BITSAT score of 294 , JEE Main rank of 21k , and JEE Advanced rank of 17k , your best opportunities are likely through BITS rather than JEE.
Since you're interested in Computer Science and Mathematics & Computing , I would strongly consider:

If you happen to get BITS Pilani MnC , that would be an excellent option and probably my first preference.
With a 21k rank in JEE Main, getting CSE-related branches in the top NITs will be difficult. Similarly, with a 17k rank in JEE Advanced, you may get an IIT seat, but probably not in CS or MnC.
So, from a career perspective, especially if you're focused on software, AI, data science, or tech roles, I would choose BITS CS/MnC over most options available through your JEE ranks .
