MY mark is 54, My tancet Commnity (MBC) rank is 59.My cousling schedule 1st day 4th batch. Is the any chance to get seat in MADRAS UNIVERSTY

Yes, I think you may have some chances to get this Institute and because last year this Institute provides even less rank but my suggestion does not need to take the risk. You may apply for it and also seek some other Institute as you backup because the chance of this Institute may below it is not a great idea to only apply in this Institute also apply for other.
