Hi, my tancet normalized cutoff is 54. Is there any chance to obtain seat in Madras University?

Hello aspirant , you have not mentioned your category , for different category different marks are needed. Assuming that you are from general category , there are very slim chances of getting seat in Anna University or SSN , PSG etc . You can get some other colleges like
