My marks in JEE is 28 and my percentage is 65 which college is best for me?

Hello,
Having 28 marks out of 360 in JEE and Board percentage 65%, it is hard to get any college under JoSAA counselling. But you can try for other private colleges by giving their entracen or through Board percentage.
