My marks in NEET is 354 which round of counselling I should register first or second to get college if any

You need to register for 1st counselling to be eligible for further counsellings !
With your marks you may get college in 2nd and 3rd counselling.

according to your marks , you will be given private colleges and deemed university only at the second round of counselling. but you have to register in the starting only when the form is made available for you.
