In Bihar getting PMCH is tough as the cutoff rank was around 4000 last year. You may easily get NMCH or IGIMS Patna. The cutoff is expected to stay around 6000 to 8000.

Well your marks is good and you can get government MBBS colleges in Bihar according to the previous year trend. According to your AIR 5997 you may get colleges like Nalanda Medical college, Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical college, Shri Krishna Medical college, Government Medical college, Bettiah.All these colleges have cutoff ranks higher than what you got. SO you have chances.If you want you may go for second round of counselling.

Patna Medical College had the highest cutoff in your state last year which was 552 marks and you seem comfortably above those marks. Obviously cutoffs will rise this year. But I guess you can get the best of the colleges of Bihar under 85% state quota admission. So whatever FIRsT college you would have filled in this list you certainly will get it comfortably.
