My mhtcet merit list is showing rank based on only JEE mains percentile and not based on mhtcet percentile.why?

This would be because you are not a proper citizen of maharastra and had applied for mhtcet . As well as you dont have domicile of maharastra state.
You cannot take admission into most of the government colleges in maharastra like coep .
I too had faced the same issue and ended up with no solution .
