my mother is an ANM fall under third grade and about to retire in 2024 and her gross salary is more than 8 lac. i am a married woman from rajasthan and my husband has a private business.i want to make ews certificate. is there any way to do so as i have no right on my parents salary after marriage.

As per the legal rules, after marriage the legal gurdian is usually considered to be the husband. So if your Husband has <8LPA income and
If your family must not own more than 5 acres of agriculture land.
The residential flat area should be below 1000 sq ft.
Then you will be eligible for EWS.

Thank you sir but Here the officials are saying that the salary of the parents and the salary of the husband will be added. Is there any way to apply for ews on the basis of husband only.
