As long as you have the proof for any kind of change you are good to go.
Moreover if there would be any problem regarding your application you will be informed about it well in advance.

Dear Swathi, ideally Maternal Surnames are understood to change after marriage and so that is usually taken into consideration. As long as you have proof to prove that your mother goes with both the Initials, everything is fine. You are good to go. And these minor issues like Initials are not considered to reject your application. So don't worry and focus on your preparation. Good luck!
