My mothers name is different in my 10th certificate from her passport. How can I apply for my passport renewal if there is such a mismatch? Thank you.

Passport Condition:
1) Name of mother which is on birth certificate is going to appear on your Passport irrespective any other documents.
2) If your DOB is before 1989, then use Meenu name as you are going to give her passport as a reference.(Considering )
3) Passport scrutiny officials are going to check your DOB at SSC certificate not your mothers name.
So, as per your ease, go with above conditions.
