As per your requirement, i would say that it may or may not be able to get a seat in Telangana.
Getting a seat in government medical college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation etc. So as you have your caste reservation and scoring 350 marks with 2 types of reservation, you make a chance to get a seat in medical college of Telangana. You need to participate in counseling process to be sure.
Aiq cut off remains higher slightly but you must try out in both state and aiq to confirm your chances to get admission.
Or you can choose to studu in private college only if you can afford the fees.
