Clause 20 legal education rule has been restored for now... which means Madras court has put stay on upper age limit till the issue gets sorted out... The case is still pending on Madras high court...

yes Ganesh you are eligible for appearing in Lawcet as there is not age limit for appearing in any law enterance exam as per the guidelines of supreme court of India and by BAr Council.

For 3 year LLB Program – Maximum age to appear for the program is 30yrs. However, there is a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ ST candidates.
For 5 year LLB Program – Maximum age to register for TS LAWCET 2018 5yrs LLB program is 20 years. However, there is a relaxation of 2 years for SC/ ST candidates.

While applying AP LAWCET-2018, In the process of Application form they clerly mention as below
- To appear in 3 years of LLB course, the age of the OC candidates must be 30 years and for SC/ST/BC candidates 35 years.
But in Internet saying that "no age bar" for LLB course.
Still I have confusion, can any one give clear insight on this.

yes you can apply for lawcet exam as bar council of India has removed any age limit bar for candidates. And the same is applied after the decision of Supreme Court.
Hello Ganesh, Yes you are all eligible for TS LAWCET because The don't have any age bar or upper age limit... They only demand graduation with 45%... So, all the very Best
