My name is hanzala Seraj , resident of west Bengal ,got 280 marks in neet exam can I take admission in MBBS in Deccan College in Hyderabad

For an all India competitive exam like neet UG exam a score of 280 is not upto the mark for securing a medical seat. Since you have not mentioned your state I assume that you belong to General category. Also since you are a west Bengal resident and you want an admission in another state it can be done only through all India Quota. The cutoff for the same is above 600. The same for state Quota is above 550. So I would advise you to either look for other courses or try again next year.
