AP Medical seats are categorised into AU,SVU and OU areas. Now you havent mentioned which area and Category you belong to. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories for these areas have been as follows:
General Category BC SC ST
SU: 533 484 427 378
SVU: 517 473 403 395
OU: 526 458 418 421
Going by previous cut offs and your score, irrespective of the area you belong to, you have a decent chamce at a seat in a Government Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
