ReplySo when a college seat is allotted to a student in CAP round 1 and if that Candidate have a better choice in their bag then they simply don't take that seat which is again allotted to some lower ranker in CAP round 2 and so the process goes on.
In short what I mean to say that you might not get the top most college of the list I give above in CAP round 1 but by 4th round which is the last round you have a very high probab9of ending up in one of the top 3 colleges of my list. This happens every year and the colleges I have mentioned is after seeing the last year final 4th round cut-off of each college.
