see for ece students you have quite options.

1, you may join IT startup companies, you need to learn some emerging technologies like java, hibernet, spring, python, web development etc. some coaching institute in bangalore has placement opportunities,

2. you may come in vlsi and micro electronics related subjects, which has some institute like mavin silicon, vector embedded system training institute, also they provide placement.

3. if you know excel , data management tools, you may join some official post and then try for different government job or can do part time mtech.

4. you may simply join m.tech in good institution where placement is good on your relevant discipline, but you need to crack gate or any other mtech test like bits hd, tspgecet, ojee etc.

see what ever way you go you need family support and money to spent.
