According your score NEET 2018 the chances are less to get a seat under All India Quota seats & state quota seats but you might have the chance for the state quota seats in private colleges, The other chances you have for Deemed Universities & private colleges Management quota seats.

Dear aspirant,
Its quite difficult to get a govt college with this score.
But you may surely try other deemed and private medical colleges
