Hello!

Yes, 560 is quite a decent score in NEET and the chances of getting a government MBBS college are high. However, it also depends on which state you are from since you will be eligible for 85% of the seats in that state and for 15% seats in the All India Quota. You'll definitely get a decent BDS or paramedical college.
