Dear Mahala, 564 is a very good score for OBC Category. You can get a Government Medical College. Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Depending on your marks, you have a very fair chance. And each State has its own cut offs. If you can help us with the State that you hold domicile of, we can also help you with the Governement Medical Colleges that you may have a shot at.
