You have secured 501 marks in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. As you have not mentioned your category hence I am considering it as general. For general category with such a score there are no chances of getting government medical colleges. But you can opt into the private medical colleges . But if you want to pursue medical in a government medical college, hence then I would suggest you to take a year drop and prepare well for next year.
