Since your NEET score is quite low it would be very difficult for you to get a government or private mbbs seat.
As far as bds or other courses ate concerned you may try your luck at private state level college.In karnataka council you may get a paid seat for bds or ayush courses as sometimes the seats are left unfilled but chances are very rare .
