Hello,
No dear, with this ALL INDIA RANK and UR category , it is not possible to fetch a government medical seat through 15% ALL INDIA QUOTA.
You should try for Government as well as private BDS seats, with Lower cutoffs, but fee will not be manageable for private colleges at this ALL INDIA RANK.

At this rank, fetching seat in government Veterinary colleges will also be difficult.
