My neet mds rank is 1928 am I eligible for round 1 counselling, I tried to apply but I got the msg u can't register

NEET PG has announced it's cut off percentile for the year of 2019 and it is as follows :
General category: 50 percentile (340/1200)
Sc/St: 40 percentile (295/1200)
Person with disability (pwd): 45 percentile (317/1200)
If you meet the criteria for qualifying NEET PG 2019 then you should be eligible to attend the counselling. If you do not meet the mentioned qualification criteria then you will not be considered eligible for the counseling.
