Dear Krishna, approximately 416 seats have to be filled in Mop up Round for AP NEET Counselling. And this is spread across all Categories. With a score of 393, you are right on the edge. You might get a seat in a Private Medical College but not in a Government Medical College. You might as well give it a try.
