your score of 315 in NEET-2019 is quite low as this year the cutoff's have been quite high hence expecting a MBBS seat at this score is of no use, though you may apply in private medical colleges for a MBBS seat also you may consider your chances for BDS, but your best bet is to take a drop and score much better in NEET-2020
