My neet score is 385.I am obc category.Can i participate in state counselling if i dont get seat in second round counselling

if i get a seat in neet ug counselling in first round and want to participate in second round, do i have to pay any fee to participate in second round? and will my seat from first round stand cancelled if i participate in second round?

Yes you can participate in state counseling if you failed to get a college in All India Counseling with this rank it will be difficult for you to get a government college but you can easily get admission into some good private medical colleges.
