Maybe yes. Usually most of the states have cutoff around 350+ for veterinary admissions. But this year especially in Rajasthan state the cutoff had increased as there were great performances by the students of your state as analyzed by the experts. So cutoff is obviously going to rise high in your state. So can't guarantee you for a seat in veterinary college.

But you can try for sure and mostly as per the last year's cutoff you will mostly get an admission in RAJUVAS (Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences).
