Hey Shiv.. First of all 520 is a really good score.. Congratulations, now coming back to your query.. You can choose the colleges according to your preference in AIQ also for the state counselling go for the colleges that are good in ranking .. You need to concentrate on your state colleges rather than going for AIQ because the cut off for All India goes a bit high.. but you will surely get a seat in your state.. Hope this helps..
