my neet score is 593 and AIR is 23446 and i belongs from obc category rank is 9765 , I am from bihar is I am getting college this year

As you might have an idea that this year cut off gone rise 30-40 marks above then previous year as topper Mark is itself 19 marks above then previous year. As per your marks there are not confirm probability that you will get college but there are still chances.  Last year cutoff in mopup round for government college in bihar was

•EBC-555 MARKS

As this year scenerio  is quite different from previous year as this year ranks are very high at these marks so you can think that you will get college at previous.
