640 is an amazing score. If you want you can easily get Bachelor of Dental Surgery.
But MDS is for after BDS and you have asked in the NEET UG section so I kindly request you to check the same

Hey with a score of 640 you can get admission to a good government college for MBBS but yes you can get Dentistry in Maulana Azad very easily if that is your branch of interest
