sorry to say but with your marks and rank, it wont be possible for you to get a seat in goa. there is only one medical college in goa. so you see there is only a few seats compared to your rank which is in thousands! https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-goa this will help you get an idea.

Even though you have mentioned the exact question assuming that it would be related to admission Iam answering this question.With this score it is really difficult to get admitted into any of the medical colleges as the score is too low.I would rather suggest you to prepare well and give NEET again next year.
