My nephew has secured 12068 rank in ts eamcet. Any chance for him in govt college in Hyderabad. We are OC category.

VNR vignan jyothi, Gokaraju rangaraju,Bhoj reddy etc if you have luck you also have chances to get into any of the branch in JNTU and O.U. not main branches like cse,ece,etc.

According to college predictor of career360 ( after putting all the details you have provided ) , I am sorry to say that your nephew can't get admission in preferred banches ( electronics  / computer engineering ) in any government college in hyderabad .

But I will suggest you to apply for some colleges in counselling because every year up or down in ranks goes . So do it but not totally depend on it .
Tell your nephew to give other engineering exam as well because there is no chance of getting government college in hyderabad with this rank.
