My niece got 76.59 NTA scores in JEE main january 2020, is there any chance that she can get into NIT? If not in general quota then in Female quota?

It's difficult to tell you the exact about the qualifying cutoff & admission cutoff. But chances seems less to get NITs, IIITs & GFTIs with this percentile.
You can go for state level counselling like Punjab, Haryana, MP Etc. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main 2020 April Session again.
