My niece has appeared in class X exams in Mar/Apr2018. She didnot apply for NTSE exam. Is she eligible for NTSE 2019?

Class 10 students of the current academic year are eligible to apply for NTSE 2019. Since your niece has already appeared in class 10 examination, she is not eligible for NTSE 2019.

Only 10th appearing student are eligible to apply if she already has passed 10th then she is not eligible for the same. Also, if she is from PCM/PCB stream then KVPY exam is there for which she can go for.
