My OBC-B rank is 2663 and GMR/PMR rank is 30082 in engineering. Shall i get admit in any govt college with cse, it or ece this year 2021?

With this OBC rank you can try for IIT Bhubaneswar, NIT or Delhi Technologocal University also , there is high chance for you to get either Computer Science Engineering or ECE also , but if you try for University like Jadavpur University , you need to wait till the third counselling for the above-mentioned courses , but there you can get Food Technology and Biochemical Engineering or Information Technology easily.
