My OBC ncl rank is 40000 can i get admission in USICT?? According to previous year it can possible but now i dont know..

As per your obc ncl rank let me tell you that you stand fair chances of getting admitted in usict because as per the previous year trends cut offs are pretty low as per your rank.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
