No its difficult to get CSE in AKGEC, Ghaziabad on such a low rank. However you can try during the counselling rounds. You can get following good colleges at the same rank -
1. ABES Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad.
2. ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad.
3. Indraprastha Engineering College, Ghaziabad.
4. Krishna Engineering College, Ghaziabad.
