My obc rank is 4500. And general 20200. Can I get electrical in any of best nit

Hey Ali.
You have a good rank. But I am sorry to inform you that you will not be able to get the best NITs. There are very less chances of getting the NITs. You can try for other private colleges, which I am sure you will get, like JIIT Noida, JUET Goona, etc. You can get to know more colleges which offer admissions on the basis of JEE Main score in the following link.
