For an OBC rank of 4600 in JEE ADVANCED, if you look at the previous years data, you will get the following departments in these IITs:

IIT BHU (PHARMACEUTICAL)
IIT BHU (CERAMIC)
IIT KHARAGPUR (APPLIED GEOLOGY)
IIT DHANBAD (APPLIED GEOPHYSICS)
