Your jee main percentile is too low to fetch you a seat at in any government colleges for sure. Also your category rank is very high for that. So I would suggest you to go for private engineering colleges in Rajasthan like

Also you can apply for REAP counseling. Registration of candidates for REAP 2019 will start from May 30.Candidates will be offered admission to government aided and private unaided technical institutions affiliated to RTU through a centralised admission process. Admission through REAP 2019 will be through two streams JEE Main 2019 and Class 12 qualifying marks.
Your boards marks a re quite good. So you might get a seat. Also the REAP. Counseling process hast started from today onwards.
