My overall B.E. percentage is 60.2% can i geta admission in IIT for M.Tech with valid good score?

To pursue M.TECH from IIT you need to clear GATE Exam so it's very important to have a valid score in exam because it weighs around 70% .
There are also certain eligibility criteria like graduates must have specific CGPA which meets their requirements.
