My overall percentile was 83.0211 My CRL Rank was 183275 and OBC NCL Rank was 58834 . Can i get into a NIT if yes which ones and can you suggest a few good govt colleges ? And i'm qualified to take advanced isn't it?

According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can try for some state government colleges in states like Rajasthan Gujarat where admission is taken on the low percentile too.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.On th e basis of percentile you have mentioned in the question you are eligible for JEE-Advance with your category.
