Hello Mate...

Yes you can apply for 85% quota as domicile is related to your parent's residents not on place where you complete your studies of 10th and 12th.It is a place where you are parent's belongs so you can make your domicile from your panchayat office of your block or district with tehsildar signature and can opt for 85% quota.
