i am very sorry to say you cant get any of the degree programs having the cleared your +2 you must cumplosory have passed certificate to take a degree where as such coming to neet as you are expecting the 100 marks its no where possible to get the good and govt colleges and even doubtfull to get the DEEMED university as you would be knowning the competation is quite high
