my pcb is 40% I'm not eligible for neet, that's why I'm going to appear for 12th again ,will I be eligible if i appear for all subjects? will I face any problem cz I passed 11th in 2021 and If I reappear 12 it will be 2023 can I take admission abroad with that marksheet for mbbs
