Your percentile in JEE MAINS is good.You can appear for JEE ADVANCED.But you should prepare for it before as the level is very tough nd you have to work hard.But before it you should give JEE MAINS phase 2 so that the score can be improved as there is best of two.And then you can appear for JEE ADVANCED.
