my percentile is 90.50 in previous mains xam.can I get any iit ceat (under ews)

Now as you have mentioned the category that you are an EWS candidate then we try to find your EWS rank on past year trends then your rank will be around 13000.

Now Since IIIITs have mostly circuital branches and it gets fulfil at higher rank then there is very slight chance that you will be getting any seat with this rank and being general EWS.

But you should go for CSAB round counseling and try for some IIITs and also NITs as NITs have lot of branches then you have chances to get a seat in CSAB counseling.
