My percentile is 93.7 in jee mains.Is there chances of getting nit cs ?.I am obc and girl candidate.

According to your Score, your rank lies around 50,000.so it's difficult to get cse at nits, in the last round/in csab you may get in neely established nits/ least ranked nits.
If you compromise with your branch to any one of ther core branch, you may get a better college.
If you are interested in biotechnology/chemical/metallurgy &material engineering etc.., other non core branches, you will get admission in top 10 nits.
Try to score above 97%to get cse in good nits.
